MONDAY
Burglary
700 block of Nord Avenue: Items were stolen from a vehicle that was broken into. The suspect was confronted by the owner and items were returned.
Found property
Rio Chico Way at West First Street, Chico: A stolen vehicle was recovered by CHP officers with no damage and both license plates intact.
Stolen vehicle
400 block of Hazel Street, Chico: A vehicle was stolen overnight. The vehicle was described as having a dent and scratch on the left side as well as a Finnish sticker on the rear bumper and a USA Gymnastics sticker on the rear window.
Theft
1500 block of Springfield Drive, Chico: A subject attempted to steal a shopping cart at a store. The man was described as being 6-foot-tall with short blonde hair, wearing a black tank top and grey cargo shorts.
1900 block of East 20th Street, Chico: Multiple subjects stole $200 worth of electronics from a store. The subjects left in a vehicle and were last seen driving toward Winco.
2100 block of Pillsbury Road, Chico: A woman described as having short blonde hair, wearing a white sundress, stole cosmetics from a store before running away.
TUESDAY
Burglary
800 block of Rancheria Drive, Chico: Two juveniles were found in a property. The duo left out of a window when they heard the reporting party enter.
Lincoln Boulevard, Oroville: A storage unit was broken into and guns were stolen.
Stolen vehicle
2000 block of Business Lane, Chico: A white 2017 Hyundai Accent was stolen by a known person.
Theft
100 block of Silver Dollar Way, Chico: A purse was reported stolen from the Torres Shelter.
2000 block of Amanda Way, Chico: A medicine cabinet was reported stolen after a dinner party.
WEDNESDAY
Burglary
800 block of Nord Avenue, Chico: An unknown thief smashed a vehicle window and stole a gun sometime overnight.
1000 block of The Esplanade, Chico: A man wearing a grey sweatshirt holding a flashlight was seen going through a vehicle behind the reporting party’s property.
Siwini road, Forest Ranch: A barn was broken into after the subject cut the chain.

Sweem Road, Oroville: A thief stole the reporting party’s wallet.
THURSDAY
Burglary
Williamsburg Lane, Chico: A large TV monitor was stolen. It seems the thief forced their way through a side door.
2700 block of Sierra Sunrise Terrace, Chico: The reporting party believes someone attempted to burglarize their home. A screen on a door was cut and a knife was left behind.
Theft
1000 block of The Esplanade, Chico: The rear license plate was taken from a white 1993 Honda Civic.
Vandalism
Highway 99 at the Skyway, Chico: A male was seen spray painting on the Skyway overpass.
FRIDAY
Theft
2400 block of Cohasset Road, Chico: A donation box was stolen by a man described as wearing a red baseball cap, having tattoos on his arms and riding a red bicycle.
2000 block of East 20th Street, Chico: A thief, who gave a false name, was detained after being caught shoplifting.
SATURDAY
Burglary
2000 block of East 20th Street, Chico: Credit cards, merchandise and $150 were stolen from a vehicle.
Theft
300 block of East Lindo Avenue, Chico: The reporting party said two males and a female hopped her fence and stole bags full of cans for recycling. The thieves left in a green Toyota.
2500 block of The Esplanade, Chico: Multiple rent checks were stolen as the box was ripped off the wall.
200 block of Main Street, Chico: A store’s sign was stolen by someone by the name of “Duran.” The sign is black with white letters.
Gold View Court, Oroville: Tools were stolen from the back of a truck.
Ponderosa Way, Forbestown: An old, white generator was reported missing from where it was left.
Vandalism
1800 block of The Esplanade, Chico: The reporting party noticed a building with all front windows smashed and reported it.
SUNDAY
Burglary
1400 block of Heritage Oak Drive, Chico: The reporting party believes a woman who once lived at the address got in via a key and stole money from the house.
Found property
2300 block of Pillsbury Road, Chico: The reporting party found six $100 bills that look to be fake.
Grand Avenue, Oroville: A person ransacked a vehicle and left a cell phone behind. Nothing was stolen.
Theft
1900 block of East 20th Street, Chico: A woman described as wearing a black dress and having a tattoo on her leg stole from a shop before leaving in a Nissan Pathfinder or Ford SUV.
1500 block of Springfield Drive, Chico: Two women and one man were seen concealing merchandise in their purses at a store.
Aurora Court, Magalia: A generator was stolen from the listed area.
Dutch Drive, Oroville: The reporting party said his housekeeper stole two of his guns and went through a jewelry box.
Vandalism
1700 block of Oakdale Street: The reporting party came home to find her boyfriend in her front yard. When she went inside he threw a rock at her window.
