My wife and I live on Honey Run right across the street from Valley’s Edge and we did not take a position on the development. But I’ve had tons of people talk to me about it.
Fire, water, traffic and affordable housing were constant comments. Those are all understandable concerns.
But the feeling I got from most, if not all of them, was they just didn’t want the houses there. Another understandable position. But very rarely did anyone say that to me.
