PHILADELPHIA (AP) Officials say a small fire at a visitor center near Philadelphia’s famed LOVE sculpture was quickly extinguished, and no injuries were reported.
Firefighters say smoke from a fire in a basement ventilation unit filled the Fairmount Park Welcome Center around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
It was under control within 15 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
Officials are assessing damage and trying to determine what started the blaze.
The visitor center encourages people to explore Love Park and other city attractions.
