CLEVELAND (AP) In a story Oct. 26 about deadly shootings in Cleveland, The Associated Press misidentified a 15-year-old boy shot and killed on Oct. 25. His name is Tyler Sheron, not Sheron Tyler.
A corrected version of the story is below:

15-year-old boy killed in drive-by shooting becomes Cleveland’s latest young victim of gunfire
CLEVELAND (AP) A 15-year-old boy fatally shot in Cleveland has become the latest young victim of gun violence there this year.
The Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH’-guh) County medical examiner on Monday identified the teen as Tyler Sheron of Cleveland. He was outside when he was killed in a drive-by shooting Sunday afternoon on Cleveland’s east side.
Police say Sheron was shot multiple times and died at a hospital. No arrests have been made.
Data from the medical examiner show that eight people under the age of 17 have been fatally shot in Cleveland this year. A 5-month-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and a 5-year-old boy were fatally shot within a recent four-week span.
Records show Cleveland has seen a 40 percent rise in gun homicides this year compared with the same period in 2014.
