The observance of the U.S. Marine Corps’ 240th birthday is planned at 6 p.m. Nov. 10 at Butte Creek Country Club, 175 Estates Drive.
Festivities start with a no-host social hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner with choices of prime rib, chicken or vegetarian.
A short program will include a video message from the commandant and cutting of the birthday cake. Tickets are $35 each. Dress will be business casual or uniforms.
