PENELOPE “PENNY” BOMGARDNER Penelope “Penny” Cook Bomgardner passed away peacefully on February 9, 2024 in Newcastle Ca. Penny was interned with her husband Henry Bomgardner, both of Paradise Ca. Services were held at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon Ca on March 7, 2024 at 2pm.
