AMBER ROSE NEVES ENOS November 4, 1982 – February 18, 2024 “Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday” Amber Rose Neves Enos peacefully left our earthly world leaving a legacy of love and admiration. She was predeceased by her father Ernest Everett “Skip” Neves. Amber has left behind her mother Carolyn Isabell Neves, sister Autumn Sunshine (Robert Rodney) Guerin, her beloved husband Jason Henry “Farmer J” Enos, and four adored children Katelynn Rose Enos, Cody Henry Enos, Carly Isabell Enos, and Hannah Diane Enos. Other family members left behind include her father-in-law Gary Raymond Enos and mother-in-law Cindy Diane Enos; sister-in-law Kelli Ann (Mason Eugene) Enos-Richardson; brother-in-law Jared Andrew (Michelle Ann) Enos; as well as eight nieces and nephews. There will be so many who will miss Amber dearly. She made a mark in the lives of the entire community and anyone whose path she crossed. Amber lived her entire life in Chico, the hometown she loved and cherished. She attended local schools and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 2001. Her senior year she was named “Top Female Athlete” while participating in volleyball and softball. She was awarded a softball scholarship to Chico State and helped lead her team to the Division II World Series. During her time at Chico State, Amber earned a degree in kinesiology as well as a master’s in education. Upon graduation, she worked as a physical education teacher for ten years at Oroville High School. Amber continued to remain passionate about teaching and married her true love, Farmer J. Her life dream of becoming a mother soon followed. Amber’s children meant the world to her, and she embraced them with her nurturing love. Amber found a new passion with photography and had an incredible flair of capturing special moments of her family through the lens of her camera. She was able to turn her amazing photography talent into a thriving business. If Amber could pick her favorite day, it would be hanging out with her family in her backyard after SHE had mowed the lawn. She treasured her morning coffee dates with Farmer J in front of the fire, looked forward to Sunday family pictures, was an avid reader, enjoyed proudly watching her children in all of their activities, was the best fashionista, insisted on enthusiastic bear hugs, and loved Lake Almanor cabin time. A celebration of life honoring Amber will be held on Saturday, March 9, 11:00 a.m., at Chico State Bell Memorial Union. The loss of Amber will forever be with us, and we hope her legacy reminds all of us to be the best version of ourselves as Amber always gave us her finest. She will forever be in our hearts.
